**Supervisor (part time)**

We have an opportunity for a Part time Supervisor to join our team at SuperValu Newtownbutler, 2 Clones Road, Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, BT92 6JT**
**Part time position available, 16 hours per week, shift patterns can be discussed at interview stage.**
**The role includes 10% store discount, uniform, well-being incentives/ discounts, development plans and pension.**
**The role of supervisor is to assist in the day to day overall running of a store and maximizing the Supervalu Brand and Sales, which will involve delivery of the following duties**:
- Delivery of excellent customer service and maintaining high standards within the store**:
- Development and driving forward certain categories in store**:
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales**:
- Ensuring the store adheres to Health & Safety and Environmental Health Standards**:
- Completing sales and costs reports as and when required**:
- Ensuring orders are accurate and submitted on time**:
- Preparing staff rota's**:
- Staff Supervision, including conducting Return to Work Interviews, Staff Investigations and ensuring full compliance to the Company's employment policies**:
- Being responsible for the store in the absence of the Store Manager**
**Criteria**:
**Essential**:
- At least 1 years previous experience of working in a busy retailing environment**:
- Excellent communication skills**:
- HACCP experience**
**Desirable**:
- Above experience gained in grocery retail**:
- Ideally experience working in with one or more of the following categories; Fruit and Veg; Bakery; Food To Go, Hot Food, Deli, Meat and Coffee**:
- Management/Supervisory qualification**
