We are looking for a Junior/Trainee Surveyor to join a growing company that provide personal career development and job satisfaction. **Full training is provided on duties below**:
**Duties**:

- Conduct desktop surveys to determine the severity of potential HDR issues.
- Analyse survey data and images to create detailed reports
- Liaise with legal entities with all compliant documents as an when required
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and team members
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

**Skills**:

- Proficient in interpreting images, causation, and other general disrepair
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software are desirable
- Diligence and accuracy in data collection and analysis
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external teams and clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
