To introduce our software to our clients and help enable them to reach their desired outcomes, business consultants are essential to us.

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be part of a team in EMEA Professional Services. The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the successful implementation of our software platform SimCorp Dimension®. You will own tasks throughout the implementation phases of SimCorp Dimension® and be a trusted advisor to the clients. You will mainly work remotely for imlementation projects in the UK or other EMEA locations in one or more of the following areas:

- Trade processing of financial instruments. You will be working with the complete spectrum of lifecycle events of financial instruments, from plain vanilla equity and fixed income instruments to complex OTC derivatives
- Process domains in Investments and Front Office
- Connectivity to internal and external data sources

Part of your induction will be ‘hands-on’ in our software system during the three-weeks’ SimCorp Dimension® Academy. You are or will become a specialist within several areas in SimCorp Dimension®.

What you will be responsible for
- Contributing to all aspects of SimCorp Dimension® implementation projects
- Leading workstreams covering all required tasks, dependencies and time/resource estimation
- Mapping to SimCorp Dimension® functions and processes as well as designing and configuring a customized solution
- Assisting the client in developing an overall test strategy, test plans, and in carrying out test cases
- Facilitating workshops to gather requirements for new and existing clients
- Mentoring, coaching and helping colleagues to secure the project deliveries

- Effective consulting skills
- Experience with working in projects, e.g. software implementation projects
- Knowledge of financial instruments or the asset management business and processes
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Trade processing: reconciliation, settlement, corporate actions, cash & securities and collateral management
- Front office: performance measurement and attribution, portfolio management (equity and fixed income), trading and order management, compliance, regulatory and internal restrictions, risk management (market and liquidity), regulatory topics such as Solvency II (incl. ORSA), instrument valuation and analytics (theoretical pricing)
- Connectivity to internal and external data sources and data enhancement processes around security master, market data and corporate actions
- Enthusiasm to learn and use new software
- Desire to act as a mentor and coach to less experienced colleagues
- Good English as it is our corporate language and used in all communications
