We are a Northampton based breakdown recovery insurance company seeking a full time telephone operator / controller / administrator working 40 hours per week. The role will involve assisting members with a breakdown as well as joining and renewing memberships. General admin duties will be required including invoicing and data input. As well as motor vehicles, we assist members who have broken down with their Mobility Scooters and Powered Wheelchairs. For this role the applicant will need to be caring, compassionate and have the ability to empathise and understand the customers needs. Training and coaching will be provided. Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working from time to time. The hours of work will predominantly be 9am-6pm, but may start as early as 6am if required.

This job role requires, but is not limited to, the following essential criteria:

- Providing our members with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
- Complete tasks set by supervisors and other levels of management.
- Good attendance and a positive attitude.
- Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Will be confident and competent using IT and telephone systems.
- Maintaining high call quality that meets the required standard for this role. Calls are monitored and graded monthly and a call quality score will be generated each month.
