About the role

At Swiss Re we are building a Risk Data & Service Platform (RDS) with an aim to deliver outstanding risk insights and services to our customers based on risk data and advanced analytics to make corporates and ultimately the world more resilient. We are looking for a new colleague who will work closely with the Digital Twin Lead and the Head of Platform to ensure the best possible onboarding experience of clients and increase our conversion rate of trials and client retention. Initially the focus will lie on delivering a signature digital twin experience for clients.

**Your main responsibilities are**:
**Service delivery**
- Follow an end-to-end process to create and enrich a unique digital twin for each client (from contract signing, to onboarding, data upload & first use)
- Clean and structure data to improve quality of data and enter it into the platform on behalf of the client (including data quality and sanity checks etc.)
- Even though there is a standard process, proactively assess the individual client case and how to increase value and satisfaction

**Client engagement**
- Engage with clients throughout the onboarding and digital twin process - always focusing on delivering the best possible experience to clients
- Take ownership of client issues and follow-through to resolution
- Ensure value is maximized for clients by providing the best quality of a digital twin with the available data

**Improvement & Quality Control**
- Keep accurate records and track measurable outcomes to improve delivery
- Provide input on data features of the platform to ensure a continuous improvement loop between delivered experience and platform product
- Ensure quality of client deliverables

- Data savvy with experience in data cleaning, checks and handling
- Proficient in using technology and setting-up systems for clients
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Great teammate excited about collaborating across levels and functions of the organization with a growth mind-set

Success in this role will be realized through championing client needs and willingness to dig deep into client's data to deliver high quality output and an unparalleled experience. It will require a standard process, but an individual assessment per client.

You will have a forward-thinking, intellectually curious approach to everything you do.

Business proficiency in English is needed. The role might require occasional travel.
