Qms Specialist

**Job Description Summary**: Main areas of responsibility include the simplification and compliance to our Internal operational and transactional processes. The management of internal audits and customer qualifications as well as the maintaining our ISO9001 certification. This is a critical role to lead the culture transformation of Rotating Machine factory, as well as our System project business.

**Essential responsibilities**:
Promote a culture of humility, transparency, problem solving and effective collaboration

Lead the quality culture transformation by actively collaborating with the other departments and using Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and harmonize/simplify the processes & tools between functions

Maintain our ISO9001 certification for UK P&L and lead any new standards certification (e.g., I IEC 80079-34:2020)

Support the commercial teams by documenting customer prequalification requests and leading the customer qualifications and/or audits.

Collect and analyse the customer satisfaction surveys and propose countermeasures to improve the overall customer experience

Organize and lead the internal audit program defined by the Group and the local management team

Train and upgrade the skills of our internal auditors

**People Management**:
This position has no direct reports.

Must be able to work in a team and across teams.

Must be able to explain/mentor and coach across all stakeholders and levels of the business.

**Qualifications and Experience Levels**:
Relevant business/commercial or manufacturing/engineering degree preferred, or HNC, or equivalent NVQ level 4 qualification.

Previous experience in similar QMS role.

Root-cause analysis, corrective, and preventive action skills
