You are required to have excellent multi-tasking skills, a strong attention to detail, as well as being flexible and adaptable. Lifting of stock items and climbing of stairs is also a requirement for this position. Demonstrate good IT skills, have efficient organization skills and be an effective communicator.

You will be part of a busy, hardworking but friendly environment with a company that design, and manufacture all on one site.

**Duties to include:

- **
- Process and pick parts for service engineers.
- Office admin
- Chase up outstanding service jobs / liaise with service manager on outstanding jobs.
- Assist in stores booking in and picking when required.
- Absence cover when needed.
- maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Bring new ideas for our continuous improvement programme.
- Telephone enquires internal and external.
- Answering Parts enquires, working within the parts team.

Long term duties:

- To continuously improve internal processes and efficiency.
- Identify any areas of need and highlight to Line Manager

- Health and Safety Requirements - Ensure you are aware of and comply with the company Health and Safety Policy.

**Pay structure**
- Salary 21-23k
- Profit Share Bonus -after 12 months continuous employment with the company.
- You will be required to work 40 hours.
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
