**The Role**

Join our dynamic team in an exciting educational setting as a Hair and Beauty Salon Receptionist. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to play a crucial role in providing exceptional front-line service and administrative support for our cutting-edge hair and beauty programs.

By being a visible service for our Hair and Beauty students to access as the first port of call when in need of help, your ability to understand their needs, and signpost and support them through accessing a variety of provisions will be invaluable in their achievement.

**What Will You Bring to the Role**
- **Organising**: Day to day diary management of activities and meeting deadlines comes with the majority of roles and being proficient in this skill set is required as well as being able to work with a flexible attitude to support changes in activities.
- **Encouraging**: Working with students individually and in groups on study programs necessitates a supportive and motivating approach. Providing exceptional UCAS support, including guidance sessions and personalised feedback on personal statements, is paramount in fostering confidence and ambition among learners.
- **Adapting**:Adapting well to changes and remaining calm in new situations. Able to react accordingly and support the department in a student centred manner whilst maintaining those professional industry standards and supporting an excellent client experience
- **Processing**: The ability to sort and manage information accurately and guide students in developing their customer services skills on the salon reception.
