The Role:

- Develop engaging and informative content tailored to our target audience, with a focus on video content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, topics, and competitors to ensure content is relevant and up to date.
- Write scripts and storyboards for video content, ensuring clear messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Perform on-camera presentations, interviews, demonstrations, and other video content as needed, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, and product development to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing, incorporating innovative ideas into our content strategy.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate NPD with the broader Regal Fish team.
- Management of Website based Customer Reviews
- Support E Commerce Manager

The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field would be an advantage but not a necessity (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in content creation, particularly in video format, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, either in employment or other context
- Confidence and proficiency in front of the camera, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of our industry and target audience, with the ability to conduct thorough research and translate findings into compelling content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other multimedia tools.
- Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail, with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with our audience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
