This company have been going from strength to strength over the last forty years and continueto exponentially expand. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Administrator to join a friendly and innovative team and will play a key part in maintaining seamless processes and procedures within the business. You will be liaising with the customer base to organisework and produce accurate estimates, as well as following up and recording outcomes as a part of the after-care service.
What you will be doing
- Building strong and positive relationships with a diverse customer base
- Monitoring systems to compile estimates for work
- Contacting customers and recommending additional products and services
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Inputting information to create worksheets for the team
- Invoicing customers
