**Bookkeeping and financial management (NAV BC)**

Remote financial management for a small company (12 employees) which builds air quality monitoring equipment. EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT NAVISION / BUSINESS CENTRAL IS REQUIRED. Responsibilities include:

- Process sales invoices, receipts and payments on Business Central
- Prepare weekly payment schedule (about 10 payments per week)
- Track bank account balances from bank statements provided
- Maintain and balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries
- Complete VAT and HMRC returns
- Prepare cash flow statements, highlighting late customer payments
- Submit weekly summary report to company owners
- Prepare monthly management accounts, include summary and full P&L, balance sheet
- Manage monthly payroll, prepare P60s, etc.
- Liaise with the Accountant for preparation of annual accounts
- Ensure legal requirements compliance
- Advise on export and currency matters
- Carry out further financial analysis as requested

Ongoing freelance contract. We would rather work with someone who lives locally so you can be part of our friendly team and join our parties.

We can arrange full handover and would like to start as soon as possible. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or Navision is **essential**, as it is a more complex system than Sage, etc.
