**Position: Nursery Practitioner.**

Location: Cambridgeshire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a magical and inviting space where children can thrive, learn, and play.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that ignite curiosity and foster holistic development.
- Encourage imaginative play, storytelling, and artistic expression to stimulate creativity.
- Provide gentle guidance and support during daily routines and transitions.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress, tailoring activities to their individual needs.
- Promote the development of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
- Create a safe and secure environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated practitioners to maintain a stimulating learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, sharing insights into their child’s day and progress.

**Salary**: £45.00-£147.80 per day

Expected hours: 5 - 45 per week
