We are searching for a **Project Implementation Coordinator** to support the Project Team in the rollout of a security patrol management system. This system is to be deployed nationally across our client base.

**As Project Implementation Coordinator** Y**ou’ll Be**:

- Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, costs, and resource requirements.
- Coordinating project activities and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Identifying potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Managing project budgets and track expenses to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
- Coordinating and scheduling project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate. As well as Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize project delivery.

**As Project Implementation Coordinator** Y**ou’ll Have**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues and risks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organised and can work well under pressure and work to deadlines
- Experience in project coordination or within systems rollout would be useful

You will be required to travel to customer sites for site visits and implementation of the product (UK only)
