We are realising this through the development of the Osler Origin - a 'portable lab' capable of performing a wide range of testing, with lab-quality performance, in a portable, rapid, low-cost, and easy-to-use manner. The Osler Origin will offer a wide portfolio of diagnostic tests and serve all major healthcare settings, globally.

The Osler Origin is powered by a portfolio of novel techniques and approaches for sample addition, microfluidic sample preparation, and electrochemical biosensing, and Osler was formed out of the University of Oxford in 2017, following decades of research.

Having recently completed an $85m Series C fundraise, we are now entering a growth phase, where we are scaling our team as we take the Osler Origin product through regulatory activities, and towards market launch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Support in the production of job descriptions, person specifications, job details and advertisements. This will involve either production from new or modification to existing documents.
- Maintaining regular contact with the hiring manager to ensure that they are aware of the most up-to-date position at any time.
- deliver a wide range of correspondence and documentation including internal job offer details, reference requests, interview scorecard details, panel information and reject letters.
- Ensure the relevant external recruitment advertising takes place in a timely fashion by uploading adverts, including various social media channels and all other platforms that we work with
- Developing talent acquisition initiatives, streamlining processes and proactively engaging with best practices Talent Acquisition

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience in a Recruiting or HR Coordinator position
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Ideally Greenhouse)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communicator with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
