Pool Supervisor

**Location**: Bude Holiday Resort, Cornwall

**Hours of work**:40 hours****:

- Weekends required

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

**What we need in a nutshell**

We want our guests to enjoy a whale of a time down at the pool and to be safe too, so we need a qualified pool supervisor who has outstanding people skills.

**What you’ll be doing**

You will be the go to person at poolside. Ensuring all our guests have fun while being safe and:

- Carrying out Pool Safety Checks
- Ensuring our Pool & Surrounding Areas are kept in clean conditions

**Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need**

There’s lots of training on offer but you will need:

- PPO Certification (Pool Plant Operator)
- A valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) - although we can provide training, but you will need to pass our swimming tests first.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills - you’ll need to be assertive as well as friendly
- To be naturally vigilant and helpful - guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs as well as their safety
