**Alternative Provision TA**

Due to further development, we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced & resilient TA's to work in our alternative provision in Gunnislake. This role would involve working in the Forest School and in the local community to help support young people with autism/learning disabilities back into education.

**Working hours for this role do have some flexibility as the alternative provision runs from 9:30am - 2:30pm, this can be discussed at interview.**

You should also have experience in working with children who have learning disabilities and complex needs, who may need support with safety.

All our TA posts provide the opportunity to develop into other roles.

As a TA some of your day-to-day activities will include:

- assisting and encouraging the children with their learning
- supporting the children with any barriers to learning which may include their anxiety or sensory processing challenges
- Supporting the assessment and evidencing of pupil's attainment on their learning journey

**Salary £23,920 pro rata. Term time only contract.**
