Yard Marshall

Due to continued growth, Sharpsmart at Rainham are currently recruiting for Marshall positions; this role is critical to the success of our Operations & Distributions teams through site traffic management, coordination of vehicles and ensuring yard safety.
- **Shifts available**:_
- **9pm - 7am (Nights) - 5 days out of 7**_
- **9am - 7pm (Days) - 5 days out of 7**_

Daily duties will include:

- Banksman / marshall duties; ensuring vehicle operation safety within yard
- Yard health & safety; raise any potential safety issues alongside general house keeping
- Organising and coordinating internal & external drivers on site; managing communication & flow of traffic
- Loading and unloading of vehicles compliantly
- Managing all deliveries in to site
- Gate Checks
- Monitoring and controlling access to the site; working within Traffic Management Plan
