The Role is completely working from home however we require applicants to be in the vicinity of Bristol or Bath for access to meetings. The applicant must be able to drive and have a car, but these meetings will be intermittent and not weekly.

**Job description**

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our fast paced and growing team. The role will require strong prioritisation skills, excellent levels of communication and a willingness to learn enough minor technical elements to facilitate documentation. The goal is to complete each project to an exceptionally high standard of quality, including everything required before and after installation, and a Project Administrator is crucial in making that happen.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Creating and Updating Workflows

Meeting Administration

Project Admin and Process Documentation

Assisting and supporting the Operations Manager in daily project planning.

Creation and updating of project specific documents.

Financial awareness throughout projects for creating Purchase Orders and Invoices, and liaising with suppliers as needed

**Experiences and Skills**:
Experience working in a small team where communication is highly important.

Excellent understanding of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and advanced communication skills, both written and oral.

Strong attention to detail and able to produce consistent and accurate works.

Comfortable with prioritising workloads quickly and regularly.

Experience in Project Administration or a similar field with transferable skills.

**Person Specification**

Highly self-motivated individual, capable of managing their own time efficiently and effectively.

Ability to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met, follow clear procedures and use initiative to develop efficient working methods.

Willingness to learn and develop some technical knowledge of the renewable sector as necessary.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Remote working for all employees that are able, mínimal meetings in person unless required, but primarily via phone/zoom. Travel for Project Administrator is mínimal, but a car and ability to drive is required.
