**Role overview**

We are looking for a Parts Apprentice to professionally operate within the Parts Department in accordance with the needs of the business.

**Key responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities as a Parts Apprentice will be to help manage the parts stock, including the following;
- Perpetual bin checks, stock checks, stock depth & width / P.N.S, negative stock, obsolescence, goods inwards, P.D.R returns, exchange returns, goods in suspense, stock adjustments (supervised), parts status reports, reverse issues report, cleansing stock file.
- Identify and order parts
- Process enquiries and orders in relation to NORA Trade customers
- Professionally pass on any NORA Trade enquiries to our Trade Centre
- Process requests / orders for parts and to communicate on lead times
- Notify workshop control of arrival of parts for vehicles awaiting parts
- Carry out administrative tasks relating to stock management. Including the following;
- Carry out Goods in suspense audits and report finds to the Aftersales manager, exchange procedures, P.D.R procedures, stock cleanses, buy backs.
- Undertake housekeeping and other duties relating to health and safety policy, parts locating and VQM.
- Check goods in and move parts to required locations
- Attend meetings and training programmes as required
- Maintain an awareness of stock security
- Secure and label all return parts
- Perform other duties in support of other team members as required
