KB Trades are urgently seeking an experienced CSCS Skilled Site Labourer for work on a large project in Shirley, Birmingham.

You MUST have a valid CSCS card, PPE, previous construction site experience and checkable references.

Due to the fast paced nature of the works, you must be physically fit and able to work under pressure as part of a multi skilled team.

Duties will include
- soft strip out
- loading skips
- unloading deliveries
- assisting trades
- site clearance

and any other duties as directed by the Site Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)

Work Location: In person
