Hays is working in partnership with local SEN school in Chatham. We work with Ofsted rated "good" & "outstanding" schools in the area with inclusive ethos and strong community feeling. These school is an SEN school that cares for children with Autism and complexneeds. Currently this role is long term/permanent
**Your new role
**The school is looking for a TA experienced with SEN for general cover around the school. CLASS BASED
We offer roles both on a "one to one" basis and class based supporting children with learning difficulties group interventions. You will be expected to adapt and tailor lessons to students with different educational needs and backgrounds. Furthermore, you willliaise with colleagues and peers to receive and deliver instructions and provide feedback.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Minimum 30 days of experience working with children in the UK
