**The Role**

Kukoon is seeking a **20 hour Permanent Retail Sales Associate** to help connect our customers with their perfect rug. We want people who have fun, love people and have a passion for homewares.

**So what will you be doing at Kukoon**:

- Providing the best customer service and product knowledge in Newry
- Merchandising our product on the retail floor to optimise sales
- Working with a A+ team to smash sales targets and increase customer footfall
- Giving genuine interiors advice to our growing customer base
- Opening and closing of the store

**We’d love to meet someone with..**
- Customer service experience in a similar role, dealing with customers in a retail environment
- A genuine interest in fashion, homewares and trends - after all that's what we are the best at
- A drive to continually improve processes and customer experiences - we love our customers, can you tell?
- A basic knowledge of an inventory and till system.
- A positive attitude who demonstrates pride in their work and has the energy to match
