The Faculty of Science is looking for a pro-active and self-motivated individual to join our Placements Team.

We place students’ personal development and learning at the centre of our work, using the expertise and knowledge of an inclusive and approachable team. You will be able to use your knowledge and initiative to manage and prioritise effectively the requirements of the role. Effective and professional liaison with internal and external contacts and the ability to establish good working relationships is an integral part of the role, meaning highly developed interpersonal and communications skills are crucial.

**Further information**

This is a part-time role (0.6 fte/21.9 hours) for a fixed-term basis until October 2024.

Our team has a blended work approach, with opportunities to work remotely. With student learning at the heart of what we do, our placement officers are expected to deliver in-person student workshops at our University campus, and all team members are required to work on campus for a minimum of two days a week.
