Childminding Assistant

We are a super busy childminding setting, and whilst we spend a lot of time outside with regular visits to local parks, zoos, and farms, we also have a brilliant set up at my home with excellent resourses, allowing us to mix and match our days, ensuring that all the children in our care have the very best times.

We are looking to recruit another wonderful assistant to join our brilliant gang. It is a full time position. We are looking for someone with a positive, can do and caring attitude to help provide a stimulating and nurturing environment for the children, providing a high standard of childcare and education, you will work as part of a team, developing positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents. No one day is the same. Planning, preparing and implementing a variety of appropriate activities and experiences to ensure the children are learning as they develop.obviously the childrens personel care will be part of the role.

Some basic computer skills would also be a plus, as we do have a child development software package that we use,and use social media for some communications.

This would be a fully employed role, so salary would be £10-12 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, sick pay and pension, as with all employed positions

4/5 weeks holiday pay
