**The Role**

Key purpose of the role is to provide a high quality, efficient and effective property management service for the clients' property portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Granting and taking of new leases, lease renewals, licences, and agreements to maintain and manage the property portfolio.
- Activities including valuations, dilapidation's, repairs, licences, way-leaves, change of use, assignments, and sub lettings
- Negotiate rent reviews on best terms achievable

To be considered for this role you will require:

- MRICS or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of estates management activities including rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

- Demonstrable knowledge of statutory requirements and various codes governing good estates management practice including RICS Code of Measuring Practice, Commercial Lease Code, and Service Charge code
- Ability to work under pressure, using own initiative and use own judgment to make decisions within guidelines

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering **£430 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35**.
