**Hotel Receptionist**

Fantastic Receptionist opportunity available working for an Incredible Luxury 4* Hotel.

We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Front Office team. As a receptionist, you will be required to ensure the smooth check in and checkout of our guests, whilst maintaining and exceeding the Roslin Beach Hotel standards.

**Responsibilities include**:

- _Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out of guests, following company guidelines._
- _Answer phone calls and ensure all queries are handled effectively._
- _Recognize and act upon sales opportunities._
- _Handle float and takings accurately and correctly_
- _Immediately report any maintenance faults to your Line Manager_
- _Anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to ensure customer satisfaction._
- _Be fully conversant with facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel._
- _Ensure safety and security of all hotel guests and their belongings._
- _Be punctual, smart, correctly uniformed, polite, courteous, and helpful to guests at all times._
- _To understand and follow the departmental procedures._

- _Previous experience as a hotel receptionist from within a 4/5* hotel._
- _Ability to work with a computerised booking system._
