Elastic Building Services offers an opportunity for accomplished roofers keen to embark on a fresh professional challenge. We're in search of Fully Qualified and Time-Served Roofers equipped with their own tools and vans, those who have exemplary roofing experience.

Owning your own van and tools is paramount for this role.

Role Overview:
Joining us as a self-employed roofer, you'll deploy your extensive skills and knowledge to undertake a variety of roofing tasks, all while upholding the gold standard.

Main Duties:
Conduct thorough roof inspections to pinpoint issues, subsequently devising the most efficient repair solutions.

Provide a spec and suggested proposal for fix to the head office

Effectively carry out the repair according to agreed plans

Assure every task aligns with the good quality and safety benchmarks.

Utilise our internal job management software for task tracking and updates.

**Requirements**:
Full qualification and time-served roofing experience.

Demonstrable extensive background in roofing

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gateshead, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
