**Outreach Youth Session Worker**
**HOURS**:10 hours a week. 2 x evenings alongside daytime.
**SALARY**:£11:00 per hour
**About Ourside Youth Association**
We provide a safe and welcoming space for anyone aged 11 to 19, offering open access sessions alongside targeted youth work. As the only dedicated youth centre in the area our youth workers see approximately 100 young people every week.
We respond to the ever-changing challenges and issues facing young people in our community. Each young person has a different story and we’re passionate about delivering the support and opportunities they deserve and that will enable them to develop and flourish.
**About the role**

We require individuals with the ability to build positive relationships with young people and encourage & support personal development.
It is not essential to have previous experience working with young people in a youth work setting and to have training and/or a degree in a youth work qualification.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
