Role available: Sports Groundsman, located in Bath, Somerset.

**Duties**:

- Maintaining and renovating a variety of sports sites.
- Assist in the creation of sport pitches (Football, Rugby, Cricket, Tennis, Croquet, etc).
- Perform various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks to maintain the appearance and health of outdoor spaces.
- Mow, edge, and trim sport turf using ride on and pedestrian sportsground equipment.
- Use ground preparation equipment (stone barrier, rotovator, and box rack).
- Spray fertiliser and weedkiller.
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features such as irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and fencing.
- Commute to job location with the equipment provided using the company vehicle.
- Follow health and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience working in sport ground keeping essential.
- Qualifications to use speciality equipment such as diggers, ride on mowers, boom spray, etc. is desirable.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and good decision making.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients or other team members.

**Salary**: £22,000 to £27,000 per year.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day).
