**Why this role?**
You will own and build out the functionality of Salesforce to maximise value out of the system. You will also be called upon to provide support and insight into the systems that integrate into Salesforce including DealHub, Financial Force and our new CustomerSuccess platform. **Responsibilities**:
- **Performing **Salesforce configuration and customisation to support GTM strategies
- **Developing** end-user training documentation and provide user training for new releases and new joiners
- **Building** reporting dashboards to measure sales activity & performance
- **Promoting** user adoption of Salesforce.
- **Owning** processes promoting data integrity, data governance, data hygiene and compliance
- **Document** business process and system requirements
**Required Skills and Experience**
- 2-4 years’ experience as a Salesforce professional
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Development including Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, Process Builder, dynamic layouts, apps, and/or Migration Tools
- Experience with Zoominfo, Deal Hub, Marketo, High Velocity Sales, FinancialForce, Gainsight, is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model
- Manage all aspect of user and licence mgmt. including new user set up/ deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions,
- Ability to deal with complex data models and large data sets.
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements using declarative solutions
- Design and delivery of scalable, best practice solutions.
- A strong team player that not only excels in a collaborative environment but is also able to develop effective work relationships across the global commercial function (marketing, sales, client success, finance & data)
- Highly organised and efficient self-starter, able to multitask and prioritise own workload
- Ability to build reports in web-based BI e.g. Tableau
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, a must
- Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
**Required Job Qualifications**
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201 Certification)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
