**Job Description**:
As a Wax Worker at London Bronze Casting Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of the bronze casting process. Your primary responsibility will be to work with wax patterns and moulds to create intricate and precise replicas of the artist's original sculpture. You will work closely with our team of artisans and technicians to ensure that the wax patterns meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creating wax patterns from original sculptures using moulds and casting techniques.

2. Ensuring that wax patterns are free from defects, air bubbles, or imperfections.

3. Carrying out repairs or modifications to wax patterns as needed.

4. Collaborating with artists, designers, and technicians to understand project requirements and specifications.

5. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning moulds and equipment after use.

6. Assisting in the preparation and assembly of wax patterns for the casting process.

7. Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

8. Contributing to the continuous improvement of wax casting techniques and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with wax casting techniques in an art foundry or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise and accurate work.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to wax casting and art foundry work.
