We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Chester who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with him and his family while enabling him to live as independently as possible in his family home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a young adult who lives with his family in a fully adapted house in the rural location of Higher Kinnerton, Chester. He requires support on a 2:1 basis throughout the day.

He is enjoys watching TV, listening to music, and having general chit chat with his care team. He likes to talk about tv series and any events or topics which are interesting in the news.

To express his feelings and indicate his wants and needs he uses various facial expressions and sounds. It is important that you can understand and interpret his communication to avoid him becoming distressed or frustrated.

You will be required to assist with social activities as well as meeting his care needs, this could include personal care, mobility support and attending to his clinical care needs when required.

**It is essential that you hold a valid driving licence as you will have the use of an adapted vehicle to access the community.**

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team**

**Essential Experience Required**
- Minimum 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Valid Driving Licence

**Desirable Experience**
- Oral Suctioning
- Complex Seizure Management
- PEG & Feeding Tube Care

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time
- 2 Shifts Per Week
- Days
- 8am - 8pm

**Take a look at our payrates**

Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per shift)

Weekends : £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per shift)

Bank Holiday : £20.00 per hour (£240 approx. per shift)
