**About the Role**:
This role is based in Stafford but will work flexibly across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The service will be delivered as per service user requirements and will involve some early evening and possible weekend delivery, potentially on a rota basis.

As a Behaviour Change caseworker you will be:

- working with adult perpetrators of domestic abuse
- delivering interventions in person, individually or as part of a group
- assessing risk and needs at all times; ensuring the safe delivery of service
- working alongside the integrated victim service to co-ordinate delivery of services

You will need:

- a genuine belief in behaviour change
- personal resilience and good communication and interpersonal skills
- a good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and families
