We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Night Porters to join us at our Boutique Hotel. You will be responsible for running an efficient reception area, managing bookings and ensuring a pleasant and warm experience for our guests.

Smart, professional appearance

Excellent customer service skills including telephone manners

Night Porter responsibilities include keeping the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day’s events. This will include setting tables, cleaning, general maintenance and providing excellent customer service to any guest requirements during the evening.

**Skills required**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to undertake security and maintenance checks
- Hands on approach to Night duties
- Be able to work night shifts from 11pm to 7am

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Llanelli, SA15 2TH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
