A superb opportunity has arisen for a customer sales executive to join a forward thinking
- growing supplies company based in Stoke on-Trent (Staffordshire). You'll be a team player, a self-starter, and a champion for the office You will be part of an expandingsuccessful business.

They are wanting a strong communicator, with a natural positive drive and passion to grow within a great company They are looking for someone who can deliver customer service to the highest level for eCommerce customers worldwide and to be a pro-activemember of the eCommerce Retail team along with providing support to B2C website operations and marketing as required.

This position is offering major prospects and growth for the right person

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Act as a Brand Ambassador at all times.
- Deliver the highest level of service to all customers according to KPIs and SLAs set by eCommerce / Logistics department heads.
- Deal with all customer service enquiries for example, returns and complaints
- Escalate enquiries / issues to the appropriate team, when necessary.
- Assist customers placing orders online or via the telephone.
- Up-sell and cross-sell product where appropriate to maximise sales.
- Build, maintain, and utilise a database of customer information to identify and look after VIP customers to maximise sales.
- Ensure eCommerce Team is aware of any issues affecting sales
- Assist Sales Order Processing team with fulfilment of online orders.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of online orders.
- Communicate with eCommerce Team to ensure awareness of newsletters, new product launches and general marketing activity.
- **You must be efficient on sage 200, shopify and other Microsoft software**:

- Be able to pay strong attention to detail.
- Must have good communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations (e.g. dealing with customer complaints)
