Electronic Order Handler

R D Johns Ltd is a family owned foodservice company and is the fastest growing in the South West. Due to company growth we are looking for an additional team member in our customer service team to process our online and electronic orders from customers, this role will also include some aspects of customer service call handling.
Job specification:
Input customer orders onto our in-house computer system
Processing of online orders via our website & ordering app
Dealing with any order & stock queries
Making outgoing calls
Up-selling of products
General office duty's
The hours of work are full time - 5 days per week 8.30am - 5.00pm with Saturdays (8.30am - 4.00pm) worked on a rota basis.
You will be required to work additional hours to meet the demands of the business if we need it.
You will be working in office at our new head depot in Kingsteignton.
Hourly rate dependant on previous knowledge and experience.
