Part Time Residential Property Inspector - Taunton - Permanent

Are you looking for a part time job that gives you flexibility on when you work during the week and gives you the choice of working from home or going into the office.

The working hours are between 18 - 21 hours a week depending on the workload, with flexibility on when you work between Monday and Friday.

A leading property specialist are looking for a Part Time Property Inspector to join their team. You will need to contact tenants on behalf of the landlords to arrange a quarterly inspection as per their tenancy agreement. You will then attend the property to carry out the inspection. Using a tablet to take photos and to complete the inspection report which is then sent direct to the landlord.

You will need to complete on average 16 - 18 inspections per week which will be within a 10-mile radius of Taunton. You will need a full driving licence and own vehicle to complete the inspections. Organisational and Customer Service skills are key to this role.
