**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Deliver XCL Technology projects (propulsion, digital product, ADAS) utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the achievement of strategic business objectives
- Work on projects and work streams; from scoping to delivery and including cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management ensuring project delivery to required timescale, quality and cost
- Management of required Governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management as well as engineering and technical progression and resolution
- Track and measure all live projects and report Project metrics to senior management and the programme chiefs
- Use wider business experience to guide and help others to identify potential alternative solutions to problems occurring on their projects
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

Essential:

- Experience of Project Management in a major multi-year complex cross-functional programme in a relevant industry
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; confident at building and maintaining strong relationships and implement new ways of working
- Evidence of Leadership skills and ability to drive success from ambiguity
- Ability to manage risks and issues
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred

Desirable:

- Experienced in Software Technical Project Delivery, and Software & mechatronic integration
- Experienced in Propulsion systems
- Experienced in ADAS & Vehicle network
- Experienced with Agile methods and behaviour
- Experienced with cycle plan, portfolio and complexity management
- Familiarity and expertise in repeatable integration of system / components delivery
