**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome clients to the clinic and ensure their comfort
- Deliver exceptional service while performing various treatments, including HydraFacial, chemical peels, micro needling, laser hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, radiofrequency, Skin Pen, and Dermalux LED
- Reach out to clients regarding appointment requests
- Assist in administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clinic

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification with additional certifications such as HydraFacial, chemical peels, micro needling, laser hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, radiofrequency, Skin Pen, and Dermalux LED
- Demonstrated high level of patient care
- Ability to assess risks
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques
- Skilled in phone call handling
- Experience in appointment management
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Passionate about the field and eager to stay updated on latest treatments
