**Equality Impact Assessment Consultant **Inside IR35**

**Contract Term: 6 Months**

**Contracting Authority: UKRI**

**Location: Swindon (1 day a week in the office)**

**As an **Equality Impact Assessment Consultant **your main responsibilities would be**:

- To develop and complete an Equality Impact Assessment project plan that will be utilised by both internal and external stakeholders. This will include:

- Understanding and defining the different areas of deliver for the programme.
- Developing and implementing an engagement plan for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collate the findings of the engagement plan into an Equality Impact Assessment. Ensuring that there is mechanism for continued maintenance and reporting capabilities to demonstrate the assessment’s effectiveness.
- Creating value adding Equality Impact Assessments.
- Completing transformation and change programmes.
- Maintaining integrity amongst both internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management.
- Public sector (desirable not essential).

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:
