Due to continued growth and the securing of new contracts, my client is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their highly skilled design team, working on a hybrid or remote basis for their Plymouth or Exeter site depending on your preferred location.The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing customer requirements, carrying out the required design work, managing the project and making sure it's delivered on time and within budget.

You will be working for a leading consultancy with several sites across the UK, providing you with the opportunity to gain exposure to huge, multimillion pound projects and industry leading clientele.

This is a varied position where you will be responsible for creating design solutions for companies across the Civils, Industrial, Manufacturing, Defence, Healthcare and Education sectors. You will be part of a multi-disciplined design team, playing a pivotalrole in the completion of ground breaking projects with leading manufacturing and civil engineering companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a position offering you the opportunity to step up into a Senior Design Engineer role in the near future. *Based a commutable distance from - Plymouth, Exeter or Clevedon
*Happy managing the full project lifecycle of a variety of projects for major clients
*Full UK Driving Licence
