Venue Host

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role will assist with the coordination of Weddings and Events. Reporting into the Wedding and Events Coordinators providing on the floor support and assisting with day-to-day operations. The Venue Hosts will support our seasonal products and shows from formal banquets in the Great Hall, to fairy tale weddings, lively outdoor events as well as team days.

This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested, no two days are the same, from setting up for Events or Wedding Ceremony’s, welcoming and escorting guests into the venue, supporting guests with the use of accessible lift and gold buggy, vehicle marshalling and covering the role of a turnstile’s attendant.

This is a permanent contract, offering 10 guaranteed hours per week. Flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings, including shifts that can finish as late as 2am.

Qualification & Experience:

- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Experience hosting events
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organisational skills
- A friendly and welcoming personality
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written

Pay Range: GBP £10.90/Hr.
