**Bar Staff**

Miller & Carter Newbury Park is an Ilford-based, Steak restaurant with a focus on high quality food ingredients and creative cocktails. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented person to join our team.
- Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Follows all safety and health standards as set by the local government.
- Maintains bar inventory and replenishes all items on the bar as needed.
- Cleans bar tables, glasses, etc. as needed.
- Performs opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or bartender.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift objects up to 50 lbs., bend, reach overhead, twist around in tight spaces and reach above your head.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
- Must be able to follow proper food handling procedures when preparing food items such as pasta, salads etc. for service.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions and distractions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 -40 per week

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
