Property Valuer

An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Big Estate Agency for a full-time Property Valuer & Sales Negotiator. This is a crucial appointment to our rapidly growing team. We are seeking someone with the right personality and values to fit into our unique working environment.

This is the perfect role for a current property valuer who is seeking a new challenge, or someone working in property sales who is confident to take on the extra responsibility of winning instructions.

**Valuations**:
**Property listing, negotiations, and sales progression**:
The other aspect of the role is to manage a portfolio of properties from listing through to completion, including the following:

- Preparing property particulars for listing using The Big Estate Agency customer relations manager (CRM) software.
- Matching new properties with potential buyers registered on The Big Estate Agency database.
- Arranging property viewings using The Big Estate Agency CRM.
- Following-up viewings and providing feedback to vendors.
- Negotiating sales and financially qualifying buyers.
- Managing the progression of sales by liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, vendors and buyers.

**Full training and support will be provided**

Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
