Understanding our clients needs and being able to deliver an outstanding service for them is imperative to us. Therefore you must be professional, punctual and presentable.

Samson Security are currently seeking Control Operators for our prestigious National Command Centre located in Wavertree, and a secondary site based in Kirby Liverpool when required.

Pay - £11.00

Hours - 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday (Potentially the occasional weekend shift)

**Duties**:

- Communicating with front line staff to ensure all sites and hours are manned.
- Communicating with mobile response staff to respond to alarm activations where necessary
- Creating reports in response to incidents on client sites
- Creating reports for management to allow for seamless transition of service between days and nights and for important information to be passed to the appropriate person in the business to solve problems and improve systems
- Updating client and staff records when necessary
- Utilising and maintaining Assignment Instructions
- Responding to client enquiries through the helpdesk and updating open/lock times, providing additional staffing etc when required

Required:

- SIA Security guard license at a minimum
- Excellent communication ability both verbal and written
- IT literacy and capability of utilising software systems
- 1 year of experience in a previous security role
- Must be security vetted back 5 years following successful interview
- Proven problem solving ability

Desirable:

- Security report writing experience
- Previous experience working in a company that does keyholding, CCTV monitoring and alarm response
- Flexibility to work both days and nights
- SIA CCTV license
- SIA Door Supervisor License

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- LIVERPOOL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA SG or DS License (required)
- SIA CCTV License (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location
