For over 3 years now we have worked with a leading school in Oxfordshire, this school are looking to add some experienced members of staff to an already leading support staff team.

**SEN TA / LSA - Oxford, Oxfordshire - £70 to £90 per day dependant on experience**

**About the School - SEN TA**

Looking for an immediate start, this specialist special needs school that focuses on children who have a range of different learning difficulties are looking to recruit an SEN TA who will work in small classes of 4, hold intervention classes and support students on a one-to-one basis. You will work with students that have various disabilities including but not limited to ASD, ADHD and EBD. The students in the class have complex needs and can be challenging, but highly rewarding to work with. These students react well to calm and dedicated personalities who can help them succeed by finding out the way they learn and then helping them to understand the lesson accordingly.

**Role requirements - SEN TA / LSA**
- A passion to help special needs students is the first requirement for this school every time
- Ideally having worked in a SEN School would be an advantage although the school provides full training and development regardless of what stage your career is
- Commitment to work with the school for at least the rest of the academic year as consistency is key for these pupils and the school
