Main Duties:

- Preparing for and laying concrete for walls.
- Preparing for and laying flags.
- Erection of fences (wire/wooden/steel panel) including hanging gates.
- Making gates to match vertical board fencing.
- Repairs to foul and stormwater drainage.
- Excavating and laying pipes, drainage, and sewers.
- Building manholes/covers.
- Repairs to gutters/downpipes/soil wastes.

Personal Attributes:

- You must also have a full current driving licence or access to a form of transport which would enable you to carry out the required duties of this post.

Desirable Criteria:

- Appropriate CSCS/CSR/SafePass Card Response maintenance experience B1 plus E/C1 plus E licence category.
- Experience in plumbing, wet room installer/bathroom fitter, and adapting bathrooms to accessible wet rooms.

Remuneration and Conditions of Assignment:

- £11.18 per hour.
- Full-time, Temporary-ongoing.
- 8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-4pm Friday.
- Basic Access NI Required at a cost of £18.
