My client is a reputable independent firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in RICS Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports and Valuations on a STRICTLY private instruction basis across the South East, from London to the Coast.

Working on direct instruction from property buyers/sellers they do NOT undertake panel work through lenders so do NOT task or measure their surveyors via a volume / points based system, rather they focus on quality reporting and outstanding end user communication.

Offering extremely compact, high yielding patches their proposition appeals to Surveyors keen to spend less time driving and more time earning with excellent administrative support and a genuine commitment to work/life balance.

Immediate opportunities exist in the following locations although our client will consider like-minded Surveyors in any locations (so please do get in touch if yours isn’t listed):
**Hampshire, Berkshire, Somerset, Essex, Gloucester, Oxford, Guildford, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire**

Remuneration will include a competitive basic salary up to £60k, bonuses (as a share of fee income) and a company car or allowance.
