Rotors & Stacking Operator

**Scope of Role**:

- Encapsulating armatures and stators. Rotor, and stator core build.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Mechanical assembly work
- Stacking laminations
- Impregnating windings
- Encapsulating armatures and stators
- Fluidising stacks
- Soldering/ brazing
- Adhere to all company manufacturing procedures.
- Complete all relevant documentation.
- Electro/mechanical work, fan/motors to drawing.
- Soldering / brazing
- Adhere to all company manufacturing procedures.
- Complete all relevant documentation.
- Carry out all activities as defined above in a timely manner to ensure the company manufacturing targets are achieved.

**Professional Knowledge & Experience**:

- A proven track record of balancing products to quality standards and timescales
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Previous experience of operating mills, drills and general machining equipment
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience of working to and following documented working instructions (SOP’s)
- A proven track record of working with basic hand and measuring tools
- Working within a ‘Lean’ environment would be an advantage
- Able to read, write and understand English
