Metal Engineering Operative

We are working with a Sandy based Engineering company who are looking to recruit a Metal Operative to join their friendly family run business.

Fantastic opportunity with someone with experience within the metal industry or a trainee looking to take their first steps

Duties include:

- Different aspects of sheet metal work
- Metal Polishing/Finishing
- Graining, grinding and polishing
- Use of hand-held tools and machinery
- TIG Welding
- Inspection/Dispatch
- Great hand eye coordination
- Experience or familiarity with metal working tools including handheld grinders and flatbed graining machines
- The ability to read technical drawings

Hours:
7am-5pm Monday - Thursday

7am-11.45am Friday

The Hourly rate is negotiable and is dependent on experience.
